RATES – WINSLOW & HAYWARD COTTAGES
●Midweek Rate, Mon-Thurs, $135 Single-Double Occupancy
●Weekend Rate, Fri-Sun, $175 Single-Double Occupancy
●Midweek Rate not offered during holiday periods
●Taxes not included
●Extended Stay Rate available – Please ask innkeeper

RATES – BARKLEY COTTAGE
●Daily Rate, Mon-Sun, $225 Up to Six Guests
●$25 Per Night for each additional guest
●Children are counted as guests
●Taxes not included
●Extended Stay Rate available – Please ask innkeeper

CANCELLATION POLICY
●All reservations are secured with a credit card.
●All reservations are charged to the credit card on file at the cancellation date.
●A different card can be used at check-out; the 3% processing fee charged by the credit card company will be retained (credit card companies do not refund).
●5-Day cancellation for weekends; 3-Day cancellation for midweek; 7-10 Day cancellation for holidays; 15-Day for multiple rooms/multiple nights.
●Special terms apply to Whole House bookings; discuss with innkeeper; terms will be included in your formal confirmation.

NOTE: If cancellation requirements are not met, the credit card on file is charged for the full amount of the reservation; same applies to early departure and no-shows.

WEATHER POLICY
Standard Weekends & Week Days: If roads into the city and the airport are closed, refunds will be made. This Refund Policy does not extend to events that are canceled. If the event is rescheduled, we will issue a Gift Certificate for that date.

Holidays: The Cancellation Policy stated will be in effect regardless of road and airport conditions. If a guest chooses to reschedule we will work with them to secure comparable accommodations at a later date.

Non-Destination Weather: We cannot be responsible for weather conditions at point of departure and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

●*Smoke-free cottages; smoking permitted on porches and in garden
●Alcohol permitted
  ●Children welcome – Adults are responsible for any damage caused and are responsible for the safety of children in their care
 ●Pets welcome in Barkley & Hayward Cottages – A deposit and/or charge for additional cleaning will be assessed whenever the pet creates the need for extraordinary cleaning.  This covers indoor/outdoor cleaning.  Humans are responsible for any damage caused and are responsible for the safety of pets in their care

NOTE: A guest cottage disinfectant and airing charge of $100-$250 will be charged to the credit card on file of anyone who smokes in a guest cottage.
